The Industrial Partnership has bought the Carlyon Road Industrial Estate in Atherstone, Warwickshire, for just over £4m, in a deal which reflects a 14% yield.
Carlyon Road’s 55 units total 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft). Tenants, including Warwickshire County Council, Lawrence Technical Holdings and Merck, produce a rent roll of £520,000 pa.
Grimley acted for The Industrial Partnership, while Bache Treharne advised the vendor, Hales Property (Industrial Developments).
