The Church Commissioners has paid iOG around £34m for four industrial estates, a yield of 7%.
The estates, in Waltham Cross, Swindon, Avonmouth and Redditch, are multilet and total 390,000 sq ft. DTZ acted for iOG; Griffiths Eccles advised the Commissioners.
