Industrials REIT will join the FTSE All-Share Index next week after meeting its qualifying criteria.
Chief executive Paul Arenson said: “This significant milestone is testament to a huge amount of hard work by our team. It is also an endorsement of the ongoing strong fundamentals of the UK MLI sector. Our focus going forward is on delivering on the next phase of our strategy.”
The multi-let industrial specialist will join the index from the start of trading on 19 September, having satisfied the eligibility criteria during the index’s recent quarterly review.
