Infinity buys Liverpool’s Albany building

 


Manchester-based private equity and property finance firm Infinity Asset Management, in a joint venture with Cheshire-based investor 53N has bought a well-known Liverpool building out of administration.


 


The jv, known as Infinity (Albany) LLP, has bought The Albany Building on Old Hall Street in the city’s commercial district from administrator Ernst & Young for an undisclosed sum.


 


The historic building was developed into apartments by Chris Nisbet’s Albany Assets which subsequently went into administration.
