ING and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg have secured a £400m, five-year loan refinancing 110 Bishopsgate, EC2, also known as the Salesforce Tower.
The 459,000 sq ft prime office tower, which is 755 ft tall, is owned by an investor consortium including Heron International. The majority of its space is let to software company Salesforce, which occupies 11 floors.
LBBW and ING acted as joint bookrunners. ING, LBBW and SMBC also acted as joint mandated lead arrangers with “several” other banks also joining the syndicate, according to the banks.
110 Bishopsgate was previously financed in 2016 by ING and LBBW and subsequently syndicated to a number of banks, mostly based in Asia.
Savills and CBRE are the building joint letting agents.
