PalaceXchange in Enfield – ING Real Estate Development’s retail-led mixed-use scheme – is more than 70% prelet after signing two new tenants.
Arcadia Group’s Top Shop will take a 12,000 sq ft store and New Look has signed for one of 11,000 sq ft at the 160,000 sq ft north London town-centre development.
PalaceXchange, which has already signed up Next, TK Maxx, Clarks, Ottakar’s and Superdrug, is the first major development in Enfield for 20 years.
CBRE and Chase & Partners are the letting agents.
Dalgleish advised New Look, while Arcadia acted for itself. REID Architects designed the scheme.
