Central London specialists Ingleby Trice and Ian Kennard & Co are to form an association with a view to merger. From the beginning of February the association will practice under the name Ingleby Trice Kennard at 11 Old Jewry, London EC2.
Ingleby Trice, which was formerly Richard Saunders & Partners, is well known for its City Floorspace Survey which it has published monthly since 1973. The practice has most recently respresented LIFFE on its Spitalfields HQ acquisition, Credit Lyonnais on the sale of its former Cannon Street HQ to Greycoat, and the Labour Party on the acquisition of its Millbank offices.
Ian Kennard has been Surveyor to the Mercers’ Company since 1978 and his firm advises both Fenwick and the Colville Estate. The Trustees of Morden College are one of several charities he represents.
