Inland Homes appoints managing director

Inland Homes, the brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder, has appointed Gary Skinner as managing director of its main operating subsidiary, Inland Ltd.

Skinner, who joins Inland from Willmott Dixon Housing, where he was board director, will be responsible for directly overseeing the company’s construction activities and project delivery.

During his nine years at Willmott Dixon he was responsible for over £500m of residential development, including the £83m development of Tesco in Woolwich, SE18, together with 259 flats.

He will now oversee Inland Homes’ delivery target 500 homes every year.

Inland Homes chief executive Stephen Wicks said: “Gary has a long and established track record of delivering residential developments and will be a key member of our management team as Inland Homes continues on its ambitious growth path over the coming months and years.”
