Inland Homes has bought a trio of sites capable of delivering £115m of homes from RBS.
The sites include the seven-acre former Meridian TV studio in Southampton.
The specialist house builder and brownfield land developer has exchanged contracts with RBS’s West Register for a site east of Southampton city centre that fronts the river Itchen and is capable of accommodating 350m homes.
It has also entered option agreements over two sites in Little Chalfont and Holmer Green, both in Buckinghamsire, capable of delivering a further 290 homes.
Stephen Wicks, chief executive of Inland Homes, said: “Our land bank stands at a record high, with continuing strong demand from national house builders for land with planning consent, while we continue to accelerate our own house building activities in order to maximise the value of our land at a time when conditions in the housing market remain favourable.”
