Inland Homes has announced a partnership with Southampton city council ahead of its annual general meeting.
The housebuilder and brownfield land developer has confirmed it has partnered with Southampton city council to develop the 8.9-acre former depot site Chapel Riverside.
The site will deliver more than 380 homes and marine-based commercial development fronting onto the River Itchen and will have a gross development value of more than £110m.
Inland has also received a resolution to grant planning permission for 95 residential units and 4,000 sq ft of commercial space at The Vale in Acton in West London, which has a GDV in excess of £50m.
In a statement the company said that since July it had sold 244 plots across three sites for a total of £21.5m and generated gross revenue of £24.7m from housing completions.
Its landbank stands at 5,043 plots, 967 of which have a planning consent or a resolution to grant planning consent.
