Inland Homes’ revenue leapt 326% year-on-year in the half year to the end of December 2014.
Revenue increased from £12.8m to £54.5m in the six months compared to the same period the year before. Pretax profit was up 68% to £6.1m.
Inland Homes completed on 199 properties, up from 47 in 2013, with an average selling price of £242,000.
The company also announced it was in advanced negotiations for the sale of 205 homes in the Drayton Garden Village development in west London to an institutional investor for its PRS scheme.
The company has also increased its landbank to 4,512 plots, of which 1,147 have planning permission.
