Brownfield property specialist Inland has won planning consent to redevelop a 23.7-acre former YMCA, engineering training centre and government research centre next to Farnborough Aerodrome.
The Queensgate site will be redeveloped as 399 homes and 101,880 sq ft of shops and offices. Work will begin on a separate planning application for the area that surrounds a Grade II-listed building that lies within the boundaries of Queensgate.
