Inland Revenue launches search for 20,000 sq ft in North Bristol

The Inland Revenue is looking for a new building in Bristol following a deal with Orange, which has agreed to take IR’s existing space in Key Point, north Bristol.

Orange, which occupies more than 6,503 sq m (70,000 sq ft) at Key Point, has paid an undisclosed premium for the remaining 13 years on IR’s lease. The expanding telecommunications giant wants to move into IR’s 1,579 sq m (17,000 sq ft) top floor suite as soon as possible.

The Inland Revenue has appointed Donaldsons to search for a new building of up to 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) in north Bristol. The only existing property which fits IR’s requirement is The Quadrant at Aztec West, although the organisation will also consider design and build options.
