South Bucks district council has voted to adopt a supplementary planning document development brief for Inland Homes’ Wilton Park site in Beaconsfield.
The development brief envisages a 350-home scheme set in 100 acres of landscaped parkland.
Stephen Wicks, chief executive of Inland, said: “This paves the way for a planning application to be made in the near future, which will add significant value for all stakeholders.”
