Mobile phone advertising agency InMobi has taken offices at 265 Strand, WC2.
The firm is paying £36.50 per sq ft for 10,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease for space on floors six and seven of the 76,155 sq ft property.
Law firm Covington & Burling has sublet the space, advised by Colliers International. DeVono represented the tenant.
