Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim’s Inmobiliaria Carso holding company will pay €44.5m for Bankia SA’s 24.95% stake in Spanish developer Realia Business.
It will also bid for the remaining shares in the company at the same price – €0.58 a share – within nine months, Bankia said.
