Inmobiliaria Colonial and partner Grupo Reyal has agreed to develop a €180m (Pts30bn) housing and office project in Madrid.
The site is the Mahou brewery, part of the Danone group and is 60,000m2. Construction is expected to be finished in three years.
Colonial will develop the offices and Reyal the housing plans to spend an estimated €300m (Pts50bn) between 2000 and 2002 on developing office buildings in Madrid and Barcelona.
