Innisfree is looking at possibly buying Ameys portfolio of equity stakes in PFI schemes.
It has sent out feelers although no discussions between the two parties are thought to have taken place
Other likely bidders could include Laing Investments and a fund set up by Abbey National and Babcock & Brown.
