Innocent Drinks is looking for a 50,000 sq ft “Fruit Towers” in west London. The fruit smoothies manufacturer is considering Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Chiswick and Fulham for new headquarters. The group’s current 20,000 sq ft Fruit Towers is on the Goldhawk Estate in Shepherds Bush, W6. The firm, set up in 1998, has a 71% share of the £169m smoothie market. Knight Frank and Simon Harris & Co are advising.
