Scottish Enterprise has unveiled plans for a new speculative office building in Glasgow city centre’s Merchant City area.
The 44,000 sq ft building will sit on George Street and Albion Street and is aimed at occupiers in the renewable energy sector.
GVA has been appointed as sole letting agent on the five-storey scheme, known as INOVO.
Rents of £22.50 per sq ft, lower than headline rents in the city for grade-A space, are on offer. Flexible five-year leases are also available in an attempt to encourage inward investment.
Completion is due in mid-July.
