A £100m regeneration on the edge of Oldbury town centre in Sandwell, West Midlands, has finally gained planning permission following a public inquiry.
Retail park owner The Junction will develop 323,000 sq ft of shops at the 32-acre site, a leisure centre with Soccerdome, an ice rink and a 21,500 sq ft health and fitness club.
Drivers Jonas is the planning consultant. The architect is Stephen George & Partners.
