Inrev appoints new chair as part of board reshuffle

Inrev has named AM Alpha managing director Martin Lemke as its new chair, alongside a slew of new board appointments at the organisation.

Lemke (pictured) will be the first representative from a family office to step into the role. Before he joined AM Alpha in 2013, he served as managing director at Patrizia for 14 years.

Outgoing management board chair Marieke van Kamp, head of private markets at NN Group, is leaving the board after serving the maximum of two consecutive three-year terms. Michael Clarke, senior adviser at Accord Group, and Michael Hornsby, partner at EY Luxembourg, will also step down after serving their full six years on the board.

The board has appointed four new members: Generali Real Estate chief executive Albero Agazzi, QuadReal Property Group managing director Lucy Fletcher, PwC Luxembourg audit and advisory partner John Ravoisin and AEW Europe chief executive Rob Wilkinson.

Catriona Allen, senior fund manager at LaSalle Global Partner Solutions, and James Raynor, chief executive of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, have both been re-elected to the board for a second term.
