INSEAD puts real estate on MBA course

Business school INSEAD has joined with Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (CWHB) to offer an elective real estate course as part of its MBA curriculum.

The corporate real estate course will be chaired by Professor John Glascock, the Grosvenor Professor of Real Estate Finance at Cambridge University.

Glascock and Adam Calman, joint head of corporate strategy at CWHB, have put together the programme, which will look at real estate in the corporate context to cover the role property can play in financing change within a company, as well as real estate portfolio management and strategy. Glascock said: “One of the key aspects of this course that excites me is to have the chance to analyse corporate real estate decisions with future corporate leaders.”
