Retirement home operator and developer Inspired Villages has appointed Angie Harding as operations director.
In her role, she will lead the group’s operations function with a focus on strategy, operational efficiency and supporting service excellence across its eight villages as the company grows.
Harding joins from the ExtraCare Charitable Trust, where she was executive director of operations. She has also held senior positions at McCarthy Stone, General Dental Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust.
