Instant Offices appoints global sales manager

Serviced office broker Instant Offices Group has appointed Linton Khor as head of global sales to help develop the group’s presence in UK and Europe, the US, Australia, China and Japan.

The company, which works with businesses including Regus and Stonemartin in over 37 countries to find serviced office premises, has also appointed Carolyn Whelan marketing partnership manager.

The group also announced the completion of its 5,000th deal since it was formed seven years ago.

Khor joins from Peldon Rose Group and has 12 years of sales, marketing and management experience.

He previously worked for Novex Solutions and Maris Interiors.

Whelan joins from The Economist where she worked in Retention for EMEA.

Robert Hamilton, managing director of Instant Offices, said: “Both Linton and Carolyn are welcome additions to the team and reinforce our commitment to the strength of the sector.

“We predict that by 2010, serviced offices will account for ten per cent of all office deals and we will be there at the forefront.”
