Insurance broker and adviser PIB Group has doubled its space at Knollys House in Croydon, Surrey.
The firm has agreed to lease the 6,506 sq ft eighth floor in the building from UBS Global Asset Management, on behalf of Triton Property Fund.
It has taken the extra floor on a 10-year lease at a rent of £25 per sq ft.
The deal is the latest of a number of transactions at Knollys House and the connected Stephenson House on Addiscombe Road.
Within the past 12 months, charity United Response and Trinity College London have taken 9,318 sq ft of space between them, while engineering consultant ERC Equipoise has expanded within Stephenson House, taking an additional 2,353 sq ft. Lease renewals have also been concluded with Reed Recruitment and Crawford & Co.
