Insurer snaps up suite at Manchester’s Fountain Street

Digital insurer Esure Group has become the latest occupier at 42 Fountain Street in Manchester.

The firm signed a three-year deal for 3,494 sq ft on the first floor of the building at £34.50 per sq ft.

According to Radius data, the 22,196 sq ft building was bought by Adapt Real Estate in November 2020 from BMO Real Estate for £7.1m. 

The city centre is located close to the Northern Quarter.

JLL advised Esure, while Avison Young acted on behalf of Adapt.
