Zurich Insurance is about to sign for the 11,000-sq ft Sterling House at GRE Properties’ The Bourse, Boar Lane, Leeds.
The rent is rumoured to be over £18 per sq ft with a two-month rent-free period. Two other buildings – of 20,000 sq ft and 11,500 sq ft – are available at a quoting rent of £18.50 per sq ft.
St Quintin is currently sole agent, but Grenville Smith & Duncan is reportedly poised to win a joint instruction. Mellersh & Harding is advising Zurich.
