Integritas grows senior team as it eyes global expansion

North West-based developer Integritas Property Group has named Ross Fleming as global sales director. The move follows last month’s appointment of Luke Gribben as business development manager.  Fleming began his career as an officer in the Royal Air Force. He later moved into the real estate and investment industry, working for a central London agencies and developers, including Gordon & Co, Grosvenor, Mount Anvil and Hill Group. He has also spent three years working across Hong Kong and China, and a further year in Austria, broadening his experience globally, with a focus on the property markets in Berlin, Porto, Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool. In his new role, Fleming will oversee Integritas’ international sales operations, spearheading initiatives to expand the firm’s global footprint and enhance its market presence.
