Integritas Property Group has unveiled a residential development at Westminster Point in Liverpool.
The scheme will be positioned as the gateway to the city centre and will comprise 200 homes, including 60 studios, 100 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom flats.

Construction is due to commence in Q3 2025 and is estimated for completion in Q2 2027. Abrey Construction will lead the development, alongside architects Footprint Design.
