Conferences business Intercall has signed a six-year lease at 5 Arlington Square in Bracknell.
The company has signed for 14,000 sq ft at a rent of £20 per sq ft as part of its expansion plans.
Nick Coote, head of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Reading office, said: “This is the first significant office deal in Bracknell in 2012, and we anticipate another year of healthy take-up in the town following good levels of activity last year.”
LSH and Knight Frank advised landlord Paratus AMC; the tenant was not represented.
