Acting in tandem with their new American partners, Cushman & Wakefield, Healey & Baker have been retained to sell Tektronix’s office and computer facility at Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire.
The agents are expecting to dispose of the property for £5m; it provides 5 to 6 acres with 7,000 sq ft of office space and 36,000 sq ft devoted to computing.
C&W’s Portland, Oregon, branch will be advising Tektronix on the sale of their factory in Beaverton, Oregon.
The American company are moving their Hoddesdon operation to Heerenveen in the Netherlands.
