Internet security firm Smoothwall has taken 10,000 sq ft at Eagle Point, Fareham.
Smoothwall paid close to the quoting rent for the space of £12 per sq ft.
Another tech company is in negotiations to take the remaining 5,000 sq ft of ground floor space at the building.
Andy Hodgkinson, director of office agency for Lambert Smith Hampton, said: We decided to let Eagle Point on a floor-by-floor basis and secured Smoothwall for the first and second floors well ahead of plan, which is indicative of the level of demand in the market at present.”
