Internos Global Investors has poached Roger Lees from Aviva to be its chief financial officer.
He will report to Andrew Thornton, chief executive of Internos.
Lees, a chartered accountant, was previously the finance director and chief operating officer at Aviva Investors, the fund management arm of the UK insurer.
He has spent more than 20 years working in the property investment sector. In addition to his time at Aviva, Lees was with Schroder Property investment Management for 12 years, first as chief financial officer then as chief operating officer.
Prior to that he had various roles at Lend Lease, Broadgate Properties and PwC.
