Telecoms company Interoute Communications has launched a requirement for 50,000 sq ft in the City and Docklands.
The company has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to look for 25,000 sq ft of office and 25,000 sq ft of data space which could be in either a single site or across two buildings.
Interoute occupies 57,738 sq ft in Docklands at 195 Marsh Wall, E14, with a lease expiry in March 2014.
