Intira Corporation has pulled out of plans to buy RREEF’s 200 Berkshire Place scheme in Winnersh near Reading.
The 6,270 sq m (67,500 sq ft) office building was under offer on an owner-occupier basis for £24m. A source said: “This is bad news for the vendors who were expecting to turn the building around quite quickly.”
It’s not the first time plans to lease the building have fallen through either. Last year, IT giants Fujitsu and Cisco Systems pulled out of plans to lease it. Pillar developed the building and sold it to RREEF earlier this year.
Colliers Conrad Ritblat Erdman advised Intira.
