Invesco appoints Victoria Stanley as residential fund manager

Invesco Real Estate has appointed Victoria Stanley as director of fund management for residential investment.

She will join the team led by John German, senior director of residential investment, as the fund manager expands it residential activities.

Stanley joins from Long Harbour where she was a fund manager establishing and growing its £350m PRS push, and before that she worked at EY in real estate finance.

Since launching in 2014, IRE’s UK residential investments are now approaching £1bn, complementing the firm’s push into UK/European operational real estate, which currently stands at £1.8bn.

Andy Rofe, managing director, Invesco Real Estate – Europe, said: “Her arrival corresponds with our clients’ growing appetite for investment into the UK residential market due to its potentially strong income component and ability to add diversification to multi-asset portfolios – of particular importance to UK LGPS and pension fund investors.”
