Invesco Real Estate has put its Widewater Place business park in Harefield, Uxbridge, up for sale for £34.5m, a 7% yield.
The park comprises three self-contained office buildings totalling 116,819 sq ft and is let to Bic UK, Reebok International and Budgens store.
