Investment firm signs West End prelet for European HQ

Berkeley Estate Asset Management has prelet the entirety of a 176,000 sq ft office redevelopment scheme at 50 Berkeley Street, W1.

Investment firm Millennium has leased the building as its European headquarters since 2004, moving to 20 Grosvenor Street during the redevelopment. It has now prelet the space ahead of moving back in.

The Stiff + Trevillion-designed redevelopment includes new floors and roof terracing, as well as improved environmental performance.

BEAM was represented EiA Real Estate, RX London and Eversheds Sutherland. Millennium was advised by CBRE and Simmons & Simmons.
