Overseas investors are looking to Scotland for land and property bargains in the wake of the Brexit vote.
Inquiries for lending have risen significantly at Weatherbys Private Bank’s operations in Scotland, it said.
As well as expressions of interest in estates, land and property, there has also been interest in business and infrastructure investment, it said.
