Investream, the investment company set up by Mark Morris and Maurice Golker, has pieced together a major development opportunity in the City after buying a group of buildings from Land Securities for £115m.
The company, set up by the two former Jones Lang LaSalle directors in 2002, has bought 49 Leadenhall Street, 22 Billiter Street, 109-114 Fenchurch Street and 9-13 Fenchurch Buildings.
It has also bought 19-21 Billiter Street from a private Irish client of Morgan Pepper for £6m.
Investream started assembling the site between Leadenhall Street and Fenchurch Street four years ago, when it bought 52-56 Leadenhall Street, 100 Fenchurch Street and 105 Fenchurch Street.
BH2 advised Investream.
