Invista Real Estate makes string of promotions

Invista Real Estate Investment Management has announced a series of promotions across its team.   Nick Howitt has been appointed senior fund manager responsible for Invista’s Clerical Medial Unit Linked Property fund. He will also work with Robert O’Hara on the Clerical Medical With Profits fund.   Harry Chichester, who ran Invista’s West End portfolio, has been appointed head of the office sector team.   The fund manager has also announced that the management of its £2.5bn central London portfolio will be consolidated under former Development Securities investment manager Ben Du Boulay, who will become head of central London offices. He will report into Nick Montgomery and Harry Chichester.   Other promotions to director level include Ed Hodgson in the office team; Oliver Swallow in the retail team; and Kenny Jamieson in the industrial team.
