Market Tech Holding, the owner of London’s Camden Market, plans to raise £100 million through a listing on the junior AIM market this year.
That would value the company, which groups together several market sites, at £750 million.
Money from the initial public offering will be used to develop the company’s Hawley Wharf site into offices, a food market, housing and a school, as well as to finance a company-wide five-year rejuvenation programme.
