Irish business park let to Google and Deutsche Bank set for digital overhaul

Ireland’s Eastpoint Business Park, home to Google, Deutsche Bank and Oracle, is set for a digital makeover.

Locale, a digital property management firm, has been appointed by developer Earlsfort Group to roll out a tailored digital platform for the 40-acre park.

It is located close to the city centre in north east Dublin on the waterfront.

The tailored platform will enable the business park to digitise manual processes, save time, increase efficiencies and ensure secure handling of data.

The deal, which marks Locale’s first scheme in Ireland, is part of the business’s continued growth, now managing 60m sq ft of commercial and residential property in UK and Ireland.

Guy Windsor Lewis, founder and chief executive at Locale, commented: “Digitising property management does not just improve building performance; today’s investors and owners are revolutionising the way they engage with their customers in a bid to create new destinations and cultural landscapes – something the industry has, traditionally, never done before.”

Eastpoint Business Park is also home to Dublin-based software group FINEOS, California-based software firm SimulTrans, US technology firm Oracle, and Irish state economic development agency Enterprise Ireland.
