Irwin Mitchell has placed 25,000 sq ft under offer at Deka Immobilien’s One St Peter’s Square in Manchester.
The deal will leave around 60,000 sq ft of offices available at the 288,000 sq ft building, which was developed as a joint venture between Argent and The Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.
The solicitors’ firm will pay £32 per sq ft on a 15-year lease. Its existing Manchester offices are located at 27 Quay Street.
Tenants at One St Peter’s Square include KPMG, DLA Piper, Addleshaw Goddard and Mazars, along with Drake & Morgan and Fumo in the retail units.
Deka Immobilien acquired the building this month for £164m.
