In what has already been an action-packed summer of sport, all eyes were focused on the UK last Friday for the latest big event.
And the sixth annual Wrenbridge five-a-side football tournament didn’t disappoint. Twenty-three teams gathered in Cambridge for the event, which raised £5,000 for the Cardiomyopathy Association.
This year’s cup final pitted ISG against Morgan Sindall after both sides came through hard-fought semi-finals against Bidwells and Estates Gazette, respectively.
ISG was crowned champions after a 4-2 victory. Property law firm Taylor Vinters beat Strutt & Parker 4-3 in the plate competition final.
