The Isle of Skye has been voted the most desirable place to live in the UK, in a poll of almost 24,000 people by Rightmove.
Seaside locations proved popular, with Woolacombe in Devon taking second spot and Salcombe, St Ives, Padstow and Newquay all in the top 10.
London and the south east failed to claim any of the top 10 places.
