Israeli property magnate Eli Papouchado is one of the money men backing a possible bid for West Ham FC, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Known by friends as “Papo”, the tycoon’s Red Sea Group manages hotel, residential, retail and medical properties in Israel, Europe, the United States and South Africa.
