A construction software company that is using artificial intelligence to process data gathered from cameras on workers’ hard hats has signed for a new London office.
Buildots, an Israeli firm, has signed a five-year lease at Lazari Investments’ 262 High Holborn, WC1, paying £67.50 per square foot for around 4,625 sq ft of space.
The company has previously been based at the nearby 15-19 Bloomsbury Way.
At Lazari’s scheme, which has been redeveloped and refurbished to provide more than 40,700 sq ft of office and retail space, Buildot will join tenants including cosmetics company La Prairie and law firm Potter Clarkson.
Lazari has also signed a deal for bakery chain Gails to take one of the two shops in the building.
