IT distributor Computer 2000 has signed a 10-year lease on the Redwood 2 building at MEPC’s Chineham Park in Hampshire.
The 47,821 sq ft Basingstoke offices will be let at £16 per sq ft to the Tech Data subsidiary.
Computer 2000 is moving from Hampshire House, Wade Road to accommodate its business expansion.
The firm was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. MEPC was not represented.
